All
firearms must be shipped prepaid to our factory in Miami, Florida
for repair, and must be accompanied by a Pre
Log Form. Before shipping, make sure that the firearm is unloaded
and the chamber is cleared. DO NOT SHIP A LOADED GUN. If absolutely
necessary, ship ammunition separately, and note on your work order.
Ship the firearm in its original box if you still have it, or an
appropriate box. Damage that occurs during the shipping process
due to inadequate packaging is not covered under this repair policy.
This repair policy does not cover anything except the firearm.
Please do not ship holsters, cases, scopes or scope rings, custom
grips or other accessories. Rossi will not be responsible for these
items.
Many
common carriers accept firearms for shipment from non-FFL holders.
BrazTech is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.
Insure the shipment for the appropriate value. We will return the
firearm to you after repairs are complete. An adult signature is
required for delivery, so please be sure to provide a street address
where you can receive your firearm during the business day. Firearms
cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes. If you cannot be available
for a daytime delivery, then we suggest that you make an arrangement
with a dealer near you to receive the firearm for you. We will be
happy to ship the firearm to you or any federally licensed dealer
in your area.
