Newest to the family are the youth-sized Rossi MiniLoader muzzleloading rifles in either .45 or .50 caliber. These are full featured versions of the Rossi inline muzzleloading rifle, but scaled down for the smaller shooter. The Rossi MiniLoaders feature a Monte Carlo style stock and all Rossi muzzleloading rifle barrels are drilled and tapped to accept a scope mount base. These firearms incorporate the transfer bar mechanism and manual safety on a single shot, break-open design. The breech cannot be closed or opened if the hammer is cocked. Add that to the safety inherent in single shot long guns and you have the perfect shooting platform for training. Our patented trigger block is also included at no extra charge for safer storage. THE ROSSI MUZZLELOADING RIFLE HAS A RECEIVER THAT CAN BE FITTED WITH A CENTERFIRE OR RIMFIRE CARTRIDGE BARREL. THEREFORE, IT IS A FIREARM. Included with Muzzleloader is the collapsible brass and wood ram rod that tucks neatly in the forend when not in use. The conical shaped tip is specifically designed to fit the Barnes copper sabot bullet. The tip also has an industry standard 10/32" fitting on the end so that you can use almost all of the loading, clearing and cleaning tips that are available.
