The Muzzleloading Matched Pair takes the full featured Rossi Muzzleloader and adds either a 12-gauge rifled slug or a .50 cal rifle barrel to make it one of the best field guns available today. The rifle barrel is drilled and tapped to accept Weaver-style scope mount bases and has adjustable sights as standard equipment. The 12 gauge barrel features a modified choke and bead front sight. Every Rossi Muzzleloader features transfer bar technology, a manual safety and high-end fiber optic sights to make every shot as good as it gets. THE ROSSI MUZZLELOADING RIFLE HAS A RECEIVER THAT CAN BE FITTED WITH A CENTERFIRE OR RIMFIRE CARTRIDGE BARREL. THEREFORE, IT IS A FIREARM. Included with Muzzleloader is the collapsible brass and wood ram rod that tucks neatly in the forend when not in use. The conical shaped tip is specifically designed to fit the Barnes copper sabot bullet. The tip also has an industry standard 10/32" fitting on the end so that you can use almost all of the loading, clearing and cleaning tips that are available.
